The Bone Management® Micro-Screw-System Basic is used for the secure fixation and stabilization of cortical bone transplants. The set was created by Prof. Dr. Fouad Khoury to support the shell technique. The specialty of these systems are the osteosynthesis screws , which have a diameter of 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm. These micro screws are made of surgical stainless steel, which gives them high stability despite their reduced diameter. The Micro Screw Systems can be used for vertical, horizontal and three-dimensional bone augmentation of various defect sizes.
