Elegant Snaffle Headpiece by Otto Schumacher Categories: JUST ARRIVED, Otto Schumacher Bridles, Bridle Parts, Otto Schumacher, For the Horse, Boutique Equines The Elegant Snaffle Headpiece by Otto Schumacher is an exciting new headpiece shape released in 2024, the superb anatomical shape allows significant room to around the ears to ensure any sensitivity is alleviated. Beautifully padded on both sides front and back to lift the headpiece off the head to reduce pressure around the edge of the skull along with evenly distributing any pressure over the poll. The design is also narrows off at the ends which allows the browband to be placed in the correct position giving ample clearance to the TMJs. Otto Schumacher have also considered the nuchal ligament in this design that continues down into the back of the horse, removing any firmer leather and replacing with an extra soft padded structure along the back of the headpiece. Crafted with beautiful super soft German leather that surrounds the pliable foam, this is one headpiece style that should be considered for any very sensitive horse.
